Quick Tip: Get the Perfect Night of Sleep

Whether you are tossing and turning all night long, sweating profusely through your sheets, or simply can’t get your mind to shut down, no one is happy when they can’t get a good night of sleep. Let your HVAC or air conditioning system help you get better sleep with this quick tip:

Stay Cool

It can be difficult to fall asleep in high temperatures. And your body temperature will adjust to the temperature of the room you are sleeping in.

The National Sleep Foundation says that the ideal room temperature for good sleep is between 60 and 67 degrees Fahrenheit. Temperatures that are much higher or lower than this recommendation can lead to restlessness during sleep.

What temperature are you falling asleep to at night?

Make an adjustment to your thermostat to improve your comfort during sleep.
