I work around a lot of plumbing and heating companies in my line of work, and grew up plumbing, so I appreciate a great service company when I come across one. I just used Modern Plumbing & Heating last week to run some HVAC ducts for me, and they did a great job. The tech called before he showed up, and then showed up right on time. He did excellent, professional work. He left the work site as clean, or cleaner than he found it. Thanks guys and keep up the great work. I'd highly recommend Modern for any work that you need done. BTW... Modern also has a great reputation locally as being a company you can trust... there are a few others out there that I hear horror stories about!

Like to give a huge thanks to Calvin for coming out within a half hour to fix our furnace. When someone took down a power pole last night, not only did the power go out, but it also caused our furnace to refuse to turn back on in the morning. Calvin was not only professional, knowledgeable, but also efficient and very polite. We will now be new customers of Modern Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, and Electrical. I would recommend them to everyone.

Calvin was excellent at troubleshooting and repairing our gas fireplace fan. He arrived right on time, was friendly, and very professional. He even volunteered to do a free carbon monoxide screening for my furnace and hot water heater. I will definitely be using Modern for my needs in the future.

I had them come out and replace garbage disposals in two of my rentals. Very good job done. Very professional.

I had Zach here to give an estimate for installing some new LED down lights to replace the ugly eyeball can lighting I have now.Edited to add a follow-up. This company was wonderful to work with for my lighting installation. Kurt and his apprentice came on time and spent literally all day here. The plan was for them to install 15 LED ceiling lights, install a replacement ceiling fan and remove the old ceiling fan and fluorescent fixture in my kitchen. They were both very patient, professional, and kind while we worked together to decide where it was best to locate the LED ceiling lights, both in my long living room and in my kitchen. The new lighting gives my home such a warm, cozy, and inviting feeling! It is as if I am outside on a summer day without the heat and UV damage to my skin.My only "issue" is that their ladders caused some scratches and dings in my old Pergo flooring. I would suggest they pad the ladder's feet or keep a floor protector for their next customer's home. We plan to eventually replace our flooring so this isn't a huge issue to us, but if our floors were new, it would have been a costly problem. Aside from that, the installation was professional and looks wonderful. I feel very happy with the resulting look, my experience in working with this company, and the cost to us. We will work with them again in the future when we are ready to get rid of another room's eyeball can lights with these LED lights and move them to a better location.
