We have used Modern in our own home as well as our rental. They have always been on time and provided great service! Their communication is on point. We had an after hours emergency and they were quick to respond. We have worked with Calvin and Ruben and always been pleased. We have had AC installed, new water heater and furnace and now another water heater (different house). Wouldn't dream of using another company.

The quality service that Brad rendered was TOP NOTCH!! I needed pipes replaced, 4 bathroom faucet, 1 kitchen faucet, and a toilet repaired. Brad worked 7 1/2 without stopping. He is kind, friendly, honest and understands plumbing better than any other plumber I have ever had. Brad is a three generation plumber he started plumbing with his grandpa and dad.
